We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to build and scale Uncia’s digital lending platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the banking/lending domain, deep coding expertise, and significant contributions to AI in real-world application development. This role is best suited for someone passionate about solving complex problems, writing production-grade code, and embedding AI into core business workflows.
Job Responsibility
Design and develop scalable banking & lending solutions (LOS/LMS platforms)
Actively contribute to hands-on coding (50%+) across backend and frontend
Build robust backend systems using .NET Core, Web APIs, and Microservices architecture
Develop a responsive UI using Angular or React
Drive AI integration into applications, ensuring real business impact
Solve complex technical challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Contribute to system design, architecture, and performance optimization
Ensure high-quality code through reviews, testing, and engineering best practices
Support cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines (Azure/AWS)
