Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the successful delivery of enterprise-scale technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, project leadership capabilities, and stakeholder management skills. This role requires working closely with business and technical teams to design, implement, and support scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans
  • Provide technical direction and support key technology decisions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Review, validate, and guide solution architecture to ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
  • Support the design and implementation of cloud-based SaaS solutions and enterprise integrations
  • Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to organizational development standards and best practices
  • Promote high-quality software engineering practices, including documentation, testing, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and guide development teams to enhance technical capabilities and foster a collaborative work environment

Requirements

  • 8–11 years of experience in software development, technical leadership, or solution delivery roles
  • Strong experience in enterprise application development and system integration
  • Hands-on exposure to cloud-based SaaS platforms and enterprise integrations
  • Strong understanding of Java-based technology ecosystems
  • Experience in solution architecture review, technical design, and project delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working within Agile and/or hybrid project delivery models is preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience with Java-based technology stacks and enterprise application integration is highly preferred
