Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java or Python and a solid background in network and security software development. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, drive end-to-end development, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure software solutions. Excellent communication skills and experience working with global clients are essential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of network and security-related software solutions
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
  • Work with Java and/or Python to build scalable backend systems for security platforms
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Integrate with firewalls, proxies, threat detection, or SASE components in the software stack
  • Apply secure coding practices and ensure adherence to security standards and protocols
  • Drive performance tuning, scalability, and reliability improvements in the software architecture
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including international clients
  • Manage project timelines, task breakdowns, and delivery schedules

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of hands-on software development experience in Java and/or Python
  • Strong experience in networking protocols, network security, and security product development
  • Experience in developing or integrating with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, SASE, or threat detection systems
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and secure coding standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices

Nice to have:

  • US Visa (B1/B2, H1B, or L1) is preferred for potential client interactions
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment pipelines
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH) or cloud certifications are a plus
