Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity to join us as we create a standalone Payments Acquiring business embracing a fintech culture. This is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract role to drive the build out of the new stack. Enterprise Technology will be replacing a complex, largely on-premise technology stack with a clean new SaaS landscape for Finance, Risk, HR and Functions IT. We require an exceptional Technical Lead to define and own delivery for our Functions stream (Legal, Compliance, Procurement etc).

Job Responsibility:

  • Management of the delivery, resource allocation and improvement of complex technical project capabilities across the bank using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Collaboration with customers and business teams to manage and implement customer trails to support the proposal of technically feasible solutions
  • Collaboration with software engineers, quality teams, product managers and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features
  • Identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with technical projects
  • Management of change requests and communication with stakeholders
  • Management of vendor relations involved in technical projects
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Experience with SaaS focused architectures
  • Demonstrable senior level experience leading technology change
  • Clear experience defining and implementing Enterprise solutions

Nice to have:

  • Experience delivering in the Enterprise Functions domain (Legal, Compliance, Procurement etc)
  • Experience in fintech / smaller organisations for scale appropriate solutions
