Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and motivate a team of eight technical professionals during the night shift to maximize production output
  • Manage technical escalations on the shop floor and provide hands-on support to minimize manufacturing failures
  • Develop and coach your team members to reach higher results through targeted mentoring and professional growth
  • Handle personnel administration for your shift, including holiday planning, sick leaves, and competency reviews
  • Lead cross-departmental collaborations to resolve complex technical issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or are a high-level Technician with approximately 5 years of relevant experience
  • You have a proven track record in leading and coordinating technical activities on a shift or zone level
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential
  • You are proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace and possess an analytical, interpretive mindset
  • Knowledge of Dutch is considered a strong asset
