The Technical Lead Logistics & RTM role involves leading the validation and realization of proof of concepts, prototypes, and MVPs from a technical perspective. The Technical Lead oversees code quality, resolves complex technical problems, and ensures that software meets functional and non-functional requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting enterprise-level applications
Proven ability to manage complex (onboarding) scenarios involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
Hands-on experience in change management with the ability to understand and drive process changes
Expertise in web services development and integration
Hands-on experience with SAP LETRA or SAP LMD, SAP TM, SAP WM/EWM and MM in SAP S/4HANA
Proficiency in various programming languages and tools relevant to the projects
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges
Excellent coding skills and understanding of coding best practices
Familiarity with architectural styles and design patterns
Experience with code review tools and techniques
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
