Forget 'DevOps' as a buzzword. Here, it’s the atomic engine of their business. Not looking for just another engineer but a Technical Lead to act as the primary catalyst within their Platform Centre of Excellence. They need a heavy hitting Tech Lead to bridge the gap between high level architectural strategy and elite level, hands-on engineering. This is a role for the engineer who has outgrown 'Senior' and is ready to act as the Technical North Star for some of the most ambitious cloud native projects in the UK. Don't think it's just a 'management only' desk job. They need a leader who still loves the keyboard but has the vision to steer a high performing team.

  • 8+ years of software development experience (or 6+ years with a Master's degree)
