Job Responsibility:
Own and lead the integration architecture for ServiceNow FSM and related upstream/downstream systems
Design, document, build and govern integration standards, patterns, and data flows
Coordinate and oversee integration delivery across projects and BAU
Act as the escalation point for integration incidents, defects, and data issues
Partner with Functional and Technical Leads to align technical designs with business needs
Manage and collaborate with vendors and internal teams delivering integration work
Ensure compliance with enterprise and technical architecture, security, and data governance policies
Oversee integration testing including DEV, SIT, UAT support, and regression cycles
Maintain interface registers, runbooks, and technical documentation
Identify ways to simplify integrations, reduce technical debt, and enhance system reliability
Support smooth handover from projects to BAU with strong documentation and knowledge transfer
Roll your sleeves up and build, fix and improve existing and new integrations and data flows
Traverse both the project delivery world and BAU IT Operations, driving excellence, fixing problems and being a trusted escalation point
Requirements:
Must be an Australian Citizen
10+ years’ experience in systems integration and middleware
Strong experience integrating ServiceNow FSM with other applications
Hands‑on experience with Boomi, ESB and SAP CPI
Proven background designing and supporting APIs, event‑based, batch, and file‑based integrations
Experience managing integrations across multi‑vendor ecosystems
Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to have:
Experience in Defence, Telco, Transport, or Utilities is highly regarded
Certifications in Agile, project management, or relevant technical domains highly regarded
