Job Responsibility
Lead, mentor, and foster the professional development of the financial consolidation team
Actively participate in the recruitment and training strategies to scale the team as the business grows
Lead end-to-end implementations of financial consolidation systems, ensuring top-notch technical architecture and delivery from start to finish
Take the lead in defining financial consolidation projects from scratch, expertly translating complex business needs into clear, efficient technical designs
Dive deep into our clients' financial consolidation processes, offering expert advice and tailored solutions regardless of the underlying technology
Work closely with project teams, managing expectations, assigning resources effectively, and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders
Play a key role in preparing commercial proposals for financial consolidation and data projects, leveraging your technical and functional expertise to pitch the best platform for each client
Provide crucial support and training to both internal teams and clients on how to best use and optimize the implemented consolidation solutions
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in data consulting, with a strong focus on corporate performance management (CPM) and financial consolidation
Proven experience leading technical or functional teams, with a track record of mentoring junior profiles and contributing to team expansion
A minimum of 4 years of specific experience implementing or managing leading consolidation platforms
We value deep expertise in tools such as OneStream, Tagetik, Anaplan, Board, Hyperion, SAP BPC, or SAP Group Reporting
Solid functional knowledge of financial consolidation processes (both legal and management), including currency translation, intercompany eliminations, cash flow statements, and month-end close
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior management (C-suite)
You're a proactive thinker who can identify architectural bottlenecks, propose innovative data solutions, and make strategic decisions
A strong commitment to client service and a knack for building lasting relationships
Fluent in English (a must-have) and Spanish
