Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our levels of customer experience through proactivity, design innovation & knowledge transfer so we can actively demonstrate to our customers how Jigsaw24 not only delivers on contractual obligations and innovates in the sector but also evolves the user experience. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, a strategic mindset, the ability to design, implement, and optimise IT solutions but also possess a passion for innovation and industry trends to differentiate Jigsaw24 from the competition to maintain and grow our position in the market.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide technical leadership for the Device Management team across Windows and Apple platforms
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex endpoint management, security, and user experience issues
  • Design and improve modern endpoint management solutions using Intune, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and related technologies
  • Define security baselines, compliance standards, lifecycle processes, documentation, and operational procedures
  • Drive automation, self-service, provisioning, deployment, patching, configuration, and compliance improvements
  • Mentor engineers, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend service improvements
  • Collaborate with Security, Service Delivery, Professional Services, and Architecture teams to align services with business and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in enterprise endpoint management across Windows, macOS, Intune, Jamf Pro, and Apple Business Manager
  • Deep knowledge of device configuration, compliance, application deployment, Autopilot, reporting, and lifecycle management
  • Solid understanding of endpoint security, device hardening, conditional access, compliance policies, and Zero Trust principles
  • Able to set technical strategy and standards while remaining hands-on with implementation and troubleshooting
  • Strong mentoring, analytical, and communication skills, with Managed Services experience desirable
  • Automation or scripting knowledge and relevant Microsoft, Apple, Jamf, or security certifications would be beneficial.
