Job Description:

We are looking for a Web Tech Lead to design and develop the structure of our IT systems and oversee programs to ensure the proper SDLC is implemented. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. We’d also like you to have hands-on experience on software development and be able to manage complex programs. Your goal will be to ensure our internal IT framework operates properly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide technical direction and oversight for projects using PHP, Node.js, and React
  • Define system architecture, coding standards, and best practices
  • Review code, ensure quality, performance, security, and scalability
  • Guide team in design decisions, troubleshooting, and complex implementations
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
  • Occasionally contribute hands-on code for critical modules or POCs
  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies using ClickUp
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality
  • Coordinate with QA teams to ensure proper testing and release management
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients
  • Participate in requirement discussions, estimations, and solution proposals
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivery excellence
  • Lead, mentor, and manage developers and QA team members
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback
  • Support hiring activities including interviews and onboarding
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development with PHP, Node.js, and React
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead and/or Project Manager
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum project delivery
  • Experience leading development and QA teams
  • Proficiency with project management tools, preferably ClickUp
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to balance technical excellence with delivery commitments

Nice to have:

  • PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or relevant Agile certifications
  • Experience working in IT services or client-facing environments
  • Exposure to cloud platforms or DevOps practices
