Technical Lead Architect

• Taking responsibility and convert architecture & feature requirements into code
• Should be a hands-on coder across full-stack development
• Ability to architect scalable and performance-oriented solutions based on the requirements
• Ensure that the latest technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization
• Develop the vision and road map of the organization’s technology strategy
• Lead the architecture and execution of it
• Identify new technology trends and keep an eye on the consumer’s evolving behavior in Conversational AI space
• Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
• Lead strategic planning and prioritization exercise across different functions for IT projects, resulting in visible milestones and delivery timelines
• Establish risk and governance processes
• Ensure the safety and security of company data and user’s privacy information
• Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets
• Develop, plan and control development and infrastructure related annual IT budget

• 5+ years of experience in delivering scalable complex technical products, which includes working in fast-paced startup(s)
• Fin-Tech and/or AI / NLP domain experience would be highly appreciated, though not required
• Strong adherence to best practices and experience in implementation strategies
• Expertise in Python JavaScript and Node.js (Proficient with MEAN and MERN stack)
• Hands-on experience in Node.JS / Express.JS / Hapi.js / Koa.js (or any other Web Framework), NoSQL DBs and Relational Database (preferably MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Ability to Architect Android and IOS applications
• Hands-on experience in Jest or other Javascript testing frameworks
• Strong understanding of systems using real-time interactions (web sockets, long-polling, server-sent events)
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Experience managing multiple services and modules with distributed and scalable systems
• Experience working in an agile team environment and proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Development experience in Enterprise SaaS product
• Experience working with clients to understand their requirements and implement optimal solutions
• Proactive outlook for ways to make the solution better
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Loves to work in a startup environment, learns quickly and takes responsibility

Fin-Tech and/or AI / NLP domain experience would be highly appreciated, though not required
