Job Description:

A renewable energy developer (new Germany market entry, scaling phase) is hiring their first technical expert in Munich to own grid operations and technical design across their German project portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead grid connection strategy and execution
  • Manage TSO/DSO technical negotiations and relationships
  • Oversee grid design, analysis, and technical studies
  • Provide technical oversight across projects
  • Report directly to Country Manager
  • Fast progression to a management role (build your own team)

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in grid operations and/or technical grid design
  • Experience across multiple German regions (North & South preferred)
  • TSO/DSO relationship management track record
  • Hands-on technical capability (not just coordination)
  • Fluent German + English
