Job Responsibility:

  • Own technical leadership across product initiatives
  • Translate business and client requirements into technical scope, milestones, and an execution plan
  • Plan and manage team capacity: allocate resources, align priorities, and identify risks or gaps early
  • Facilitate engineering delivery routines (planning, refinement, alignment sessions) to keep execution predictable
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure smooth rollouts and implementation readiness
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership: review designs, validate approaches, guide implementation choices, and unblock developers
  • Ensure engineering quality and release readiness: testing strategy, release coordination, operational runbooks, observability, and stability standards
  • Act as a technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and (when needed) clients: clarify requirements, explain trade-offs, and manage expectations

Requirements:

  • Technical education (engineering / computer science / telecommunications or related)
  • Proven experience working as a Software Developer and as a Technical Lead
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and production operations (reliability, monitoring, incident triage)
  • Experience in hardware/software integration projects (IoT devices, edge constraints, telemetry, connectivity, peripherals)
  • Ability to plan resources and capacity: estimation, prioritization, sprint/release planning, dependency management
  • Confident collaboration with developers: technical discussions, code reviews, design reviews, mentoring
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, logistics, field service, support, product)
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
  • Fluency in English
