Job Description:

The Tech & Netwk Build Sr Analyst is a developing professional role that deals with most problems independently. The role involves working directly with top-tier clients from project kick-off to go-live, helping them integrate their ERP/TMS systems with Citi's Cash Management Products. The main objective is to deliver Client Solutions on time and to spec while providing an exceptional client experience.

Job Responsibility:

Participates in internet development initiatives
Interfaces with junior business partners, vendors and stakeholders driving internet initiatives
Ensures the best client implementation experience in all host to host projects
Handles less complex client concerns and escalate critical issues
Prioritizes multiple projects and monitors progress
Day to day management of a portfolio of electronic banking projects
Ensuring that all projects are governed to meet ISO Quality Standards and Audit criteria
Build great external client relationships and internal partnerships
Contribute and participate in process re-engineering activities

Requirements:

2-5 years relevant experience
Technology or application/systems experience
Results orientation – evidence of proactively driving projects to conclusion
Excellent communication skills
Organizational and planning skills
Negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills
Ability to manage high workload within a pressurized environment
Flexibility – ability to manage a varying workload
Ability to manage complex integration solutions, working alongside Technical and Technology teams
Excellent work ethic – willingness to take a hands on approach
Attention to detail and experience of working in a controlled environment
Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
Fluent English is mandatory

Nice to have:

PMP Certification is highly desirable
Supply Chain Finance and/or Commercial Card experience is favourable
Technical knowledge related to electronic banking projects (e.g. connectivity, security, file formats, testing, etc) is favourable
