Job Description

BAE Systems are looking for an experienced Technical & Integration Project Manager to join the HR Evolve Technology (HRET) programme, a global transformation delivering SuccessFactors across the organisation. You will be responsible for managing and delivering the Technical & Integration (TI) workstream, coordinating complex system and data integrations across c. 56 products, systems, services and downstream platforms. Working closely with internal teams, shared services, IM&T/DDC partners and third-party suppliers, you will ensure integrations are delivered safely, compliantly and on time to meet programme objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan, manage and deliver all Technical & Integration activities within the HRET programme
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of system, middleware and downstream integrations
  • Coordinate interdependencies across programme workstreams, regions and external projects
  • Engage with IM&T, Shared Services, engineering, support teams and third-party suppliers
  • Ensure solutions meet agreed business and engineering requirements and governance standards
  • Own delivery plans, risks, issues, dependencies and cutover activities
  • Support transition to testing and live support, including readiness and handover
  • Provide accurate status reporting, schedule updates and risk analysis through PMO governance
  • Act as a key escalation point for delivery risks, blockers and integration issues

Requirements

  • Proven Project Management experience delivering large, complex technical and integration programmes
  • Strong experience managing multiple interconnected systems, products and services
  • Experience with HR/people data integrations (e.g. SuccessFactors, SAP Finance, Payroll, Time, ServiceNow or similar)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
  • Strong planning, risk management and delivery tracking capability
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers and matrix teams
