Job Description:

Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with a strong technical aptitude? We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a long-standing market leader in the design and manufacture of high-quality industrial filtration solutions. This role is critical to both the long-term growth and day-to-day operations of the business. You will leverage your technical knowledge to evaluate client needs, recommend specialized products, and build strong, lasting business relationships. If you are a self-motivated, highly organized quick learner looking to grow with an innovative manufacturing team, this is the opportunity for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and promote sales to existing customers while actively identifying and prospecting new potential clients
  • Apply technical knowledge to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate, specialized solutions
  • Source alternative product and service solutions as required to meet client demands
  • Produce accurate, professional sales contracts and quotes in a timely manner
  • Monitor the client order lifecycle from the initial process through final production, ensuring strict timelines and quality standards are met
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and document internal and external issues to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop reports, proposals, and sales presentations that align with industry trends and corporate strategies
  • Provide management with regular updates on sales activities, progress, and pipeline outcomes

Requirements:

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and standard sales or management tools
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (bilingualism in French is considered a strong asset)
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, mathematical, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability in negotiation, relationship-building, and meeting short- and long-term sales targets
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strategic confidence and a deep dedication to expanding your product knowledge and resources
  • High reliability and a commitment to strategic alignment for long-term corporate succession development
  • Previous experience in filter sales required
