Job Responsibility:
Develop and promote sales to existing customers while actively identifying and prospecting new potential clients
Apply technical knowledge to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate, specialized solutions
Source alternative product and service solutions as required to meet client demands
Produce accurate, professional sales contracts and quotes in a timely manner
Monitor the client order lifecycle from the initial process through final production, ensuring strict timelines and quality standards are met
Investigate, troubleshoot, and document internal and external issues to drive continuous improvement
Develop reports, proposals, and sales presentations that align with industry trends and corporate strategies
Provide management with regular updates on sales activities, progress, and pipeline outcomes
Requirements:
Solid experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and standard sales or management tools
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (bilingualism in French is considered a strong asset)
Strong organizational, problem-solving, mathematical, and analytical skills
Proven ability in negotiation, relationship-building, and meeting short- and long-term sales targets
