Job Description:

Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Lisle, Illinois. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with clients, expand the sales pipeline, and contribute to a collaborative and dynamic work environment. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, customer engagement, and working within a scientific B2B service setting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s testing services and product portfolio
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales opportunities using CRM tools such as HubSpot
  • Identify new prospects and guide them through the sales process to build a strong pipeline
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Conduct research on leads generated from campaigns and other sources to customize outreach strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and relevant market developments
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls and other outreach methods to identify new business opportunities
  • Support the sales and business development team with additional duties as needed to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a related field
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related role, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • High level of initiative, adaptability, and self-motivation
