Technical inside sales representative – custom metal products

• Manage incoming quote requests from customers via phone and email
• Analyze technical drawings and collaborate with the Lachine workshop to validate project feasibility
• Prepare accurate quotes and ensure rigorous follow-up throughout the sales cycle
• Work in close collaboration with the drafting, purchasing, and production departments
• Advise clients on the best technical options for their custom projects

• Bilingualism is essential (French and English), both spoken and written
• Excellent mathematical skills and a strong interest in reading technical blueprints
• Proactive personality, team spirit, and above all, high 'coachability' (a strong desire to learn)
• Ability to work on-site full-time at the Lachine headquarters

Previous experience in the industrial, metal, or construction sectors is considered a significant asset
