An opportunity for a Technical Information and Data - Configuration Control Analyst has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).

Job Responsibility:

  • A/C Configuration Control Management (HoV & In-service phase for all M&L aircrafts & Operators – C212, CN235 & C295)
  • Report TID A/C Configuration completeness at A/C
  • ToT (as per applicable IT).To set-up the configuration criteria (CDS, CONC, SBs, etc.) as inputs to be considered for the Technical Data production aligned with the A/C deliveries & in-service needs (as per regulations).Manage & development of the complete TID production follow-up process.Daily updating of TID Experts inbox (WO-Data Modules production)
  • Qualico Management (monthly reports iaw PSO-PMO requirements
  • i.e. DO validations for new Customers). OP inputs for TID PMO (OP management).Track the TID Networks deliverables (invoicing)
  • Ensure that all steps in TID Process are met on time and on quality, following the TID Industrial Planning. Round Tables (TCCB) management
  • Collect source data for common access to ensure consistency of aircraft part and system all over the aircraft
  • Identify and launch in time and according to maturity of source data the detailed analysis of impacts
  • Round Tables Management (criteria analysis / backlog) IAW production commitments
  • Manage and monitor the WPs creation and closure
  • Provide visibility to TID Experts with the list of priorities for a given revision and associated WO
  • Provide visibility of production status to authoring chains (Networks), TID Experts and PSO. Weekly follow-up
  • Ensure an appropriate management of Security Classification (as per source data)
  • Manage the work progress at each phase of the process including V&V application. Input for PSO (production meetings)
  • Ensure that milestones are achieved and closed on time. Attendance and support to S/C scheduled meetings (monthly)
  • Drivers follow-up (input for PMO)
  • Update yearly industrial planning (aligned with PMO / PSO)
  • Report regularly to other Airbus DS areas in the frame of TID Conf. Control (on demand)
  • Generate and manage the pre-analysis, launching and closure of the criteria and work orders, respectively
  • FCL/ CML Management, , and dispatch work orders to the Authoring lines
  • Support Publishing Team to ensure a common milestone understanding (production closure à publishing trigger)
  • Interface with TASST2 (Configuration)
  • MR validation in ADN (all production activities)
  • KPIs generation and distribution.OTD, RFT, RAG (external activities – as required) à Incoming Inspection (new!) OTD – Authoring deliverables & STE, OAV, etc. (internal figures)
  • IT / accesses Networks requests management (control and approval)
  • TID Official Communications to other stakeholders (production / publishing planning & details)
  • Support to Quality Audits (as per PMO directives)
  • Attend to meetings with Services/Conf. Control as Technical Data representative
  • Define the Guides and reference documents to manage the TDSO activities: ensure the TDSO activities in terms of processes, tools and way of working
  • Customer Satisfaction (including on time customer comments)
  • The jobholder will report timely optimum Technical Data Configuration reports & follow-up to cover:Continued Airworthiness and Safety of maintenance of the in-service fleet.Contractual commitments in terms of maintenance performance under the Full In-Service Support Customer Services contracts.Applicable Technical Data worksharing aligned (in terms of configuration) with each Head of Version A/C delivered (ToT)
  • Customer Satisfaction (including on time customer comments)
  • The job holder will identify and report any airworthiness related issue covered under ‘scope’ in order to effectively contribute to the Airbus DS Transport obligations related to Continued Airworthiness
  • The job holder will also collect and compile in-service data/experience in order to deliver inputs for new designs and ensure that lessons learned related to the ‘scope’ are made available and thus contributing to improve Airbus DS Transport Technical Data products
