Job Responsibility:

  • Support end-to-end implementation projects for new client implementations from requirements gathering to go-live
  • Configure and customize the platform based on client requirements
  • Work with client data to ensure correct migration, mapping, and validation
  • Write and execute SQL queries to analyze, extract, and transform data as part of implementations
  • Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and support issue resolution during implementation phases
  • Support integrations between systems and ensure data flows correctly
  • Collaborate with business consultants and clients to translate business needs into system configurations
  • Assist in reporting and data extraction activities based on client requirements
  • Document implementation steps, configurations, and data mappings.

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL knowledge with hands-on experience working with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience working with data in implementation, migration, or technical support contexts
  • Ability to analyze data structures and identify and resolve data consistency and quality issues
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into simple and efficient technical solutions.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in software implementation projects or SaaS environments
  • Basic understanding of APIs and data formats (JSON, XML)
  • Familiarity with system integration processes and data flows
