The Technical Helpdesk Specialist is responsible for all EMEA Commercial Cards, hence they are representing not specific portfolio’s but all clients in EMEA. Apart from Commercial Card products, the agents are responsible for Spring by Citi. The position also supports the Follow The Sun model of client service, thus a cooperation with other regions stakeholders is required.
Job Responsibility:
Effectively analyse and solve the online technical system issues reported by the client via email or calls including resetting passwords or fixing log in issues
Efficiently utilise both internal and client facing systems
Provide practical solutions to the clients and internal stakeholders
Escalate the issue to the Level 2 support if needed
Deliver customer satisfaction and good quality service
Support clients with reporting tools
Work in partnership with vendors, technology, and client operations teams to prototype innovative solutions
Propose and implement solutions that will increase operating efficiency and lead to an improved client experience
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in a related role
Fluent English – both written and verbal
Team-player with strong customer orientation
Investigative mindset combined with thinking outside the box
Proficient understanding of emerging technologies
Effective analytic and presentation skills
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Readiness to work during public holidays and weekends on a rotational basis
