Job Description:

The Program Manager, India, will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects within region and across all technologies to achieve key milestones and deliverables aligned with the objectives of the Global Process Technology (PT) team. This role requires strong coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the region and globally, including technical, commercial, marketing, procurement, supply chain, and capital project functions. The Project Manager will also be responsible for coordinating local project and portfolio activities with the Global PT Program Management Office (PMO).

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and lead multiple projects, ensuring achievement of key milestones and delivery on objectives established by the Global Process Technology (PT) team
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various global internal functions-including technical, commercial, marketing, procurement, supply chain, and capital projects-to drive project success
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and accountabilities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and availability by leveraging Global PT PMO processes and tools to deliver results on time and within budget
  • Review project proposals to assess timelines, funding limitations, risks, and to determine the appropriate management approach for achieving project goals
  • Serve as the regional focal point for project communications, ensuring effective and timely information flow between the regional team, the Global PMO, and key business stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout all phases of the project life cycle
  • Support the Global PT PMO processes to ensure all regional projects follow proper intake and stage gate requirements
  • Implement and maintain regular project communication plans, escalating issues to relevant stakeholders as necessary to ensure transparency and timely awareness of project status
  • Conduct project risk assessments using Global PT PMO tools and develop mitigation strategies as needed
  • Monitor project activities, proactively escalating issues to leadership to secure necessary support and maintain project momentum
  • Foster collaborative relationships with both internal and external team members to facilitate effective project execution
  • Provide ongoing project management support to regional PT teams, driving enhanced effectiveness and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience
