Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, including recent leadership roles
Proven hands-on expertise in: Data center technologies (servers, storage, VMware virtualization)
Enterprise networking (SD-WAN, segmentation, security)
Cloud platforms (Azure) and hybrid cloud migrations
Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including advanced SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform
Familiarity with IaC tools and DevOps methodologies for infrastructure management
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to lead by example in technical execution

Job Responsibility

Act as a technical lead, actively configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing infrastructure systems
