Job Responsibility
Lead on-site engagements across warehouse and operational environments, diagnosing issues and driving immediate resolution
Act as the face of technical expertise, advising stakeholders, influencing decisions, and elevating customer performance
Identify and capture revenue opportunities through parts, upgrades, and service recommendations
Deliver high-quality training and ensure adoption of best practices across client teams
Partner with internal engineering and support teams to influence product evolution based on real-world insights
Requirements
Technical degree (mechanical, electrical, industrial) or equivalent experience
2+ years in technical field service, sales engineering, or equipment training
Proven track record in field service, technical consulting, or sales engineering with measurable impact
Strong mechanical and systems intuition, especially within industrial or battery-powered equipment
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities beyond break/fix work
Confident communicator who can command a room and build trust quickly
Highly independent operator who performs at a high level with minimal oversight
