Job Responsibility:
Support arable farmers with crop planning, inputs and seasonal decision‑making
Provide cover and advice to shareholders, gaining exposure across different farming systems
Recommend Farmlands products and services that genuinely add value to farm businesses
Build trusted, long‑term relationships with shareholders across the region
Grow your technical knowledge while contributing to Farmlands’ market presence and reputation
Requirements:
Recent university graduate (or early in your career) with a qualification in Agriculture focussing on arable
A strong foundation in agricultural principles, with a genuine interest in crop performance, soil health, and on‑farm productivity
A desire to learn from experienced professionals
An understanding of the wider farming system, with interest in supporting stakeholders and building knowledge across multiple farming sectors
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with farmers, supported by curiosity and a willingness to ask questions
A proactive mindset, enthusiasm for field work, and motivation to build a long‑term career in the agricultural industry
