Job Responsibility:
Providing onsite support
Performing routine site checks and inspections
Implementing and following critical procedures and equipment management best practices
Suggesting process improvements and implementing cost saving measures
Providing admin support including front desk duties, basic housekeeping and appointment coordination
Ensuring key performance indicators and service level agreements are met
Working closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify facility-related enquiries and requirements
Taking part in the procurement of vendors and services
Ensuring workplace safety by keeping safe workplace procedures in place
Implementing and managing risk management programs, disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Following escalation and incident reporting procedures
Complying with the firm’s guidelines and strategies
Requirements:
A degree or a professional qualification in Engineering / Technical Services
2-3 years relevant experience
Prior experience in energy management, saving opportunities, risk management or other related fields
Understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management
Knowledgeable in various Technical systems
Proven track record of flawless Project Initiation and execution
Ability to support the team and work well with others toward achieving targets
Quality of smooth interaction with the workplace teams and vendors to deliver efficient services
Ability to address conflicts and manage priorities effectively
