Possess a Bachelor's Degree in construction / civil / mechanical / engineering / architecture with a minimum 1 year working experience as drafter/estimator in the building sector

Using AutoCAD and proprietary company software, review clients' design drawings and provide accurate estimation
Produce elevation and detailed sectional drawings of a project when necessary
Ensuring all documentation received from a client is comprehensive enough to provide an accurate estimation
Provide accurate lump sum estimations
Advise on possible quantity implications / variations if design changes
Assist in the assessment of any possible improvement areas from the commercial aspect of the business
Liaise with sales organizations to improve the content of information and the process of handover to the client
Provide technical assistance to the sales, technical and marketing organization
