Job Description:

I am seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join my client’s team, to be based at a large corporate financial building in Aldgate. In this role, you will primarily oversee a team of 2 shift engineers who perform maintenance tasks managed with PDA. You will spend 50% of your time off the tools, focusing on leadership / supervisory duties, with the flexibility to assist with hands-on PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks when necessary for technical support.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
Assist with PPM and reactive maintenance tasks when required for technical support, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
Monitor and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contract requirements
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, taking proactive measures to address any issues
Manage and enforce RAMs (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Conduct regular audits to ensure maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standards and within compliance guidelines
Provide technical support to the engineering team to assist with M&E planned & reactive repair/maintenance tasks

Requirements:

Trade qualification in Electrical or Mechanical (Level 3 ideally)
Proven experience in a similar M&E Maintenance Supervisory or Leadership role
Knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance of M&E and critical systems
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
