Job Description:

A small-scale MNC who offers an extensive line of components including control valves, shut-off and solenoid valves, is looking for a Technical Engineer to help them transfer new products from HQ to China.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for introducing new products from the group company, formulating corresponding technical standards, and providing guiding documents for product usage
  • following the requirements of laws and regulations, conducting technical upgrades and quality improvements for the products
  • conducting research and development of new products based on the application environment and market demands of the products
  • Process optimization, incorporate the lean techniques into product research and development
  • Responsible for new product introducing and efficiency improvement, cost reduction
  • Prepare technical documents such as product BOM tables, process drawings, product standards, technical conditions, instructions, special features, and packaging requirements
  • Adjust the process parameters according to the production progress and conduct real-time monitoring. Coordinate and solve technical issues such as deviations in the production process
  • Technology optimization plans for each stage of the product, aiming to enhance the company's technical level and the feasibility of the products, thereby ensuring the quality and efficiency targets of the products
  • Accept other job responsibilities as required by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, thermal energy/cooling, chemical engineering, etc.
  • 3 years + experience in pressure vessel/valve technology research and development as well as technical management, or in thermal energy/cooling engineering design

Nice to have:

  • With rich experience of complex mechatronic system, or valve assembly will be preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma experience will be preferred
