Bachelor's degree with a focus in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, technical training including an A&P license, and/or aviation management will be considered.

Job Responsibility

Provides world-class customer service while keeping safety and compliance the top priorities.
Contributes to the application and management of the Alaska ETOPS and APU on-demand programs.
Contributes to the application and management of the Engine Condition Monitoring Program.
Assists Maintenance and Technical Services teams with troubleshooting for resolution to systemic/chronic powerplant issues, minimizing aircraft downtime for unscheduled maintenance.
Reviews all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations applicable to the fleet.
Authors engineering control documents to direct the incorporation of modifications, improvements, and disposition of line troubleshooting and shop requests.
Collaborates with Fleet Powerplant Engineers and cross-divisional teams.
