Job Description:

UpGuard is seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to ensure technical customer-facing teams possess the skills required to position and support solutions effectively. The role includes developing and delivering technical enablement programs, collaborating across teams, and refining strategies based on feedback.

Job Responsibility:

Lead technical product launch enablement
translate GTM plans and product specifications into impactful technical training curriculum, content, and resources
develop and deliver technical enablement programs and content
design and maintain a rich library of technical enablement materials
deliver engaging technical training sessions tailored to roles
collaborate with PMM, Product Management, and Engineering for alignment
measure and optimise impact of programs.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS or technology company with a highly technical product, with a strong preference for cybersecurity
proven experience in a dedicated technical enablement, technical training, or product marketing role with a focus on technical audiences
demonstrated ability to deeply understand complex technical products and translate that knowledge into clear, engaging, and effective training and enablement content
strong experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, including curriculum development, content creation, and facilitation
excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
strong project management skills
comfort using AI to accelerate the development of content and delivery of projects
a passion for technology and a desire to help others learn and succeed.
