The Technical Enablement Architect – NetSec/SASE serves as the primary Subject Matter Expert and strategic program owner for the network security and SASE portfolio. This role owns the end-to-end technical learning journey and field readiness for the domain — translating complex product capabilities into scalable enablement programs that accelerate technical win rates, time-to-productivity, and pipeline velocity. The Architect focuses on the what and the why: strategy, learning architecture, and business outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Own the rolling 4-quarter NetSec/SASE enablement roadmap, design persona-based learning blueprints, and architect multi-modal enablement portfolios (ILT, OLX, labs, simulations, certifications)
Act as the primary enablement interface for the NetSec/SASE product pillar, maintaining strategic alignment with Product Management, TME, TPE, and GTM Sales Leadership
Define distinct learning paths for specific technical personas (SEs, PS, Support, Partners, Customer Admins) and diagnose gaps via targeted capstones, labs, and architectural assessments
Proactively manage enablement for new products (NPI), ensuring all assets are ready for GA to drive field readiness and align with key differentiators and competitive positioning
Lead the certification architecture, including PRD (scope and objectives), JTA (facilitating cross-functional workshops with SE, PS, Support, PM, and TME SMEs), MQC (eligibility criteria), and IDW (leading exam item development)
Define measurable technical proficiencies for new product releases and architect AI roleplay scenarios and AI demo readiness simulations for the NetSec/SASE domain
Deliver high-impact technical presentations, diagnose field performance gaps, and link enablement activities directly to business outcomes such as pipeline velocity and win rates
Design the curriculum, lab intent, and mastery criteria for New Hire and Master-Level bootcamps, handing off to Enablement Specialists for execution
Rigorously test and quality-assure internal AI tools and responses, coordinating with cross-functional teams to mandate fixes and maintain technical accuracy
Contribute granular content elements (such as narration scripts and scenario designs) and ensure all source documents are properly organized according to the organizational taxonomy
Maintain field credibility to empower SE and Technical Support managers to reinforce skills locally, proactively proposing targeted enablement interventions to leadership
Requirements:
7+ years in network security or technical sales engineering and technical enablement
Hands-on design, deployment, and architecture experience with NGFW, SASE, SD-WAN, and CDSS environments
