Job Description:

Your daily tasks will involve supporting franchisees and the sales team in scoping, pricing, winning, and executing drainage projects. With your background in drainage & pumps, coupled with exceptional communication skills, you'll ensure that every project meets and exceeds client expectations. You’ll bring a passion for uncovering and developing opportunities, supporting the sales function that will drive business growth, backed by a good understanding of the AMP cycles of UK water companies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting franchisees and the sales team in scoping, pricing, winning, and executing drainage projects

  • Uncovering and developing opportunities, supporting the sales function that will drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Outstanding background in drainage operations (survey, maintenance, rehabilitation, pumping systems and treatment plants)
  • Experience of sales support, project scoping, or technical consultancy is preferred
  • Ability to run projects end-to-end, from client scoping through to delivery
  • Hands-on approach, willing to get involved practically where needed
  • Happy to travel extensively – approximately 3 days per week
  • Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety, compliance standards and drainage law
  • Someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service and owning a challenge through to resolution
