Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the administrator of all documentation-related systems, including DITA-based authoring tools and in-product help infrastructure
  • Use Python scripts to automate content conversion
  • Design and implement AI-assisted automation tools to convert legacy documentation into structured DITA content
  • Implement content platform, integration between those platforms, and manage or administer daily operations of those platforms
  • Integrate documentation systems with third-party platforms, including SSO and customer feedback systems
  • Define and optimize documentation workflows
  • Train and support global team members on structured authoring and system use
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and IT teams to improve system performance and maintain content delivery at scale

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronic Engineering, or Information Systems or related field
  • 5 years of post-bachelor’s experience as a Technical Writer, Developer, or in a related position
  • 2 years of experience with AI prompt engineering and data analysis
  • 5 years of experience with technical writing for SAAS software products
  • 5 years of experience with coding using Python, Javascript and Node
  • 5 years of experience with scripting with XML, HTML, and CSS
  • 5 years of experience with source version control using GitHub, GitLab, or BitBucket
  • 5 years of experience with developing, testing, and applying APIs
  • 5 years of experience with implementing and integrating SSO authentication protocols
