We are seeking a Technical Documentation Executive responsible for producing user documentation and high-quality training videos for our SaaS product portfolio (Vaultastic, LegacyFlo, Ideolve, ClrStream, SkyConnect). The role ensures customers and internal stakeholders clearly understand product features, workflows, best practice use cases, and updates to drive adoption and reduce support dependency.
Job Responsibility:
Create and maintain user guides, admin manuals, FAQs, release notes, onboarding guides, and knowledge-base articles for Mithi SaaS products
Plan, script, record, and edit product walkthroughs, onboarding tutorials, feature demos, and advanced use-case videos
Develop and enforce documentation standards, templates, style guides, and content structure across products
Work with Product Engineering, and Support teams to ensure documentation accuracy and timely updates aligned with releases
Update documentation and videos with every product enhancement or UI change
Improve customer onboarding, self-service adoption, and reduce repetitive support tickets through effective content
Use customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve documentation quality and effectiveness
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication/Mass Communication, Computer Science, English, or equivalent experience
Internship experience or knowledge on technical documentation, SaaS documentation, or product training
Strong ability to explain complex technical workflows in simple, user-friendly language
Hands-on experience creating instructional or product training videos
Comfortable understanding SaaS platforms, dashboards, workflows, and configurations
Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
