Managing the continuous, safe and legally compliant technical operation of office buildings, industrial and logistics properties owned by the company group
Monitoring the condition of building mechanical, electrical, energy, architectural and infrastructure systems, initiating necessary interventions and providing professional supervision
Handling occasional errors, malfunctions, leaks, cooling-heating, electrical, mechanical and other technical problems, prioritizing and implementing interventions
Regular assessment of the technical condition of properties, identification of short, medium and long-term risks
Assessment of the condition of aging infrastructures, mechanical systems, electrical networks, roof structures, garages, water blocks, pipes, cooling and heating systems and other critical elements
Establishing a priority order of urgency and risk, and preparing the necessary maintenance, renovation and investment proposals
Monitoring of mandatory official inspections, statutory maintenance, contact protection, lightning protection, fire protection, energy and other technical compliance tasks

Keeping equipment lists, maintenance records, meter data, regulatory deadlines, tenant statements and cost planning tables up to date
Systematizing operational data so that it can be used for management decisions, cost planning, and technical prioritization
Requirements
Specialized higher education, primarily in building mechanical, electrical, architectural or other relevant technical field
At least 4–5 years of relevant experience in complex real estate operations, technical management or facility management
Confident technical approach to building engineering, electrical, energy and architectural operational issues
Practical knowledge of legal, regulatory, contact protection, fire protection, energy and maintenance obligations related to facility management
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
ability to interpret, maintain and progress complex technical, consumption and financial spreadsheets spanning multiple years
Structured thinking, independent work and a systems-building approach
Ability to transform technical problems into decision-making material that can be interpreted from a business, financial and risk perspective
Experience in supplier, service provider and contractor negotiations
Category B driving license and willingness to travel between the Budapest and Perbál locations
Nice to have
Experience in operating a multi-building portfolio, office building, industrial, manufacturing or logistics property
Experience in energy tendering, utility contract management or energy optimization
Expertise in solar systems, UPS solutions, energy efficiency investments or payback calculations
Experience in using or implementing BMS, CAFM, FM software, meter data management or energy monitoring systems
Experience in diagnosing aging infrastructures and determining their economical renovation sequence
Experience in coordinating tenant fit-out, office design or technical conversion projects
