Establish program governance, operating rhythms, and tooling (e.g., roadmapping, Jira, dashboards) that improve predictability and transparency. Define and track core delivery metrics (e.g., on-time rate, lead time, dependency aging) and implement data-driven improvements.
Risk, compliance, and quality management: Proactively identify and manage program risks, escalations, and change control to protect timelines and outcomes. Ensure delivery practices align with healthcare requirements such as data privacy and security (e.g., HIPAA), interoperability (e.g., HL7/FHIR), and, where applicable, certifications or regulatory considerations.
