Job Responsibility

Design and develop new lingerie collections with complimentary affiliated products from concept to completion
Owning own delegated collections or sub categories, deriving design, development and hand over to production
Bring fresh, on-brand concept ideas that push creative boundaries while maintaining commercial appeal
Adhere to the critical path, ensuring projects meet key quarterly deadlines and milestones, providing clear and concise updates during team meetings
Collaborating with Product, Sales, and Production teams to ensure flawless execution of product that meet target markets needs
Prepare samples, create presentations, and assist in presenting collections to the wider team
Research and interpret global fashion trends across multiple platforms to keep designs innovative and relevant
Develop exquisite laces, embroideries, and accessories in collaboration with European and Asia Pacific suppliers, providing detailed technical specifications
Create highly accurate technical CADs using Illustrator and Photoshop, applying advanced design tools to achieve precision and polish
Build and maintain detailed tech packs, ensuring all data remains current throughout the development cycle
