Technical Design Coordinator

• You gather site information and specify the right products for each project
• You conduct accurate customer site surveys and ensure compliance with PAS13
• You create CAD drawings and technical specifications based on survey data
• You liaise with clients and internal teams, managing revisions and project details
• You act as the main point of contact from survey through to installation
• You manage data entry in CRM/ERP systems and handle variation orders
• You participate in meetings and collaborate across departments to deliver projects

• Ability to interpret site drawings with strong CAD proficiency
• Knowledge of workplace transport safety and experience using measuring tools (tape, wheel, laser)
• Excellent communication skills
• confident engaging with customers and colleagues at all levels
• Self-starter with strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
• IT literate with working knowledge of CRM systems and high attention to detail

Familiarity with new-build processes and prior industry experience
