Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Strategist to lead the execution of prioritized features and experiences across our Personal Investor Public Site. In this high-impact role, you will act as the bridge between vision and reality, ensuring that high-quality digital experiences are delivered in strict alignment with our quarterly planning increments. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Senior Engineering Managers, and cross-functional teams—including MarTech, Data & Analytics, and external vendors. You will be responsible for translating committed business goals into actionable technical delivery plans, promoting iterative and incremental practices to maintain velocity. Success in this role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and the relationship-building skills necessary to align diverse business and technical stakeholders.

  • Lead the execution of quarterly delivery plans in alignment with strategic priorities and platform capabilities
  • Champion an iterative delivery approach and foster continuous improvement across teams
  • Provide program oversight by coordinating resources, stakeholders, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
  • Build strong partnerships across internal and external teams to promote collaboration and shared accountability
  • Work closely with Product Managers to shape and maintain the delivery roadmap
  • Facilitate quarterly planning sessions and ensure broad engagement across delivery stakeholders
  • Support adoption of Adobe and related platform capabilities across Personal Investor public and secure sites
  • Maintain and deepen knowledge of platform technologies, best practices, and emerging capabilities
