The technical delivery team is responsible for the deployment of Opus 2’s services to hearing room locations. This will include the planning / preparation of the equipment needed for the hearing service, the logistical deployment of the service, the configuration and setup, the support of the service, the breakdown and removal of equipment. This role will be based in Dubai and will report to Technical Services Manager. We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Technical Delivery Officer to join our dynamic LegalTech operations team. This client-facing role is central to the setup and support of technology used in high-profile legal hearings, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats. You'll work closely with a broad client base-law firms, court personnel, and internal stakeholders-delivering a range of technical services that underpin mission-critical litigation and arbitration proceedings. From managing live events in hearing rooms to supporting remote audio and video infrastructure, your work will ensure the seamless delivery of our services in the Middle East. You'll also support our growing video production and trial consultancy services, contributing to internal content and showcasing our work with the marketing team.
Job Responsibility:
Technical consultation with case managers and internal teams to define and deliver hearing room setup and client support
Innovation and R&D, helping to evolve how we deliver services using the latest AV and video technology
Hearing room deployments, installing and configuring AV/network setups and running proceedings like a live event technician
Designing and documenting custom solutions for complex hearing environments
Operating bespoke software and providing support to court reporters and transcription teams
Partnering with the video services team to plan, shoot, and produce company content
Researching and trialling new video and streaming technologies for internal use and service development
Providing client support both onsite and remotely, including guidance and troubleshooting during live hearings
Creating and editing internal and external video content
Ensuring processes, timelines, and quality standards are met for all installations and setups
Assisting with other project or admin duties as required
Requirements:
Bright, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving and varied environment
Awareness of AV, multimedia, and networking technologies—with a keen interest in legal tech and live event support
Strong technical audio knowledge is essential
Experience creating, editing, and producing video content for professional settings
Enthusiastic about new technology and R&D—particularly in video, streaming, and hybrid environments
Comfortable being client-facing and providing support during live hearings
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Able to multitask and perform under pressure
A confident team player with a flexible, proactive mindset
