We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with telecommunications expertise to oversee and coordinate project delivery activities across diverse network domains. The individual will manage end-to-end project phases, ensuring high-quality execution, adherence to delivery frameworks, and consistent alignment with VOIS customer priorities. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, analytical thinking, a grounding in network architecture, and the ability to thrive within virtual, multinational teams.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee end-to-end project execution with a strong focus on implementation phases, aligned with VOIS customer priorities
Coordinate and support project management activities across multiple network domains, including feasibility studies, design, development, testing, acceptance, and operational transition
Apply VOIS quality standards and the NSE end-to-end delivery framework to ensure uniform project governance
Maintain up-to-date project plans, manage risks and issues, and ensure no business impact for customers
Provide consistent, customer-oriented communication with stakeholders and project teams
Ensure timely reporting and formalisation of projects within NSE PM tools while contributing to the DMaaS portfolio (P*Q)
Support programme and project managers with budget tracking, cost reporting, and financial documentation
Contribute to best practice sharing, community initiatives, and productivity improvements across the DMaaS project management community
Requirements:
Experienced in project management with at least 3 years in telecommunications or network-related environments
Skilled in stakeholder management and comfortable working with virtual, multicultural teams
Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
Knowledgeable in network architecture and engineering interdependencies
Analytical, organised, and capable of making informed decisions at pace
Holds a relevant degree in computer science, telecommunications, or a related field, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
Understands broader ICT technologies, cross-functional system relationships, and basic financial principles
