Job Description:

The Technical Delivery Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of application development and support services in a complex, multi-technology environment. This role requires extensive experience in IT delivery, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to engage in technical discussions with delivery teams. The candidate will manage resources, track financial performance, and ensure delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of application development and support services in a complex, multi-technology environment
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, managing communication, expectations, and escalations
  • Provide technical oversight and engage in detailed discussions with engineering and support teams
  • Manage resources, including planning, allocation and utilisation across teams
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Track and manage financial performance, including P&L, revenue and margin
  • Ensure delivery meets agreed SLAs, KPIs and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in IT delivery, across both application development and support
  • Proven progression from a hands-on technical role into delivery leadership
  • Experience managing large, complex delivery engagements in multi-technology environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior non-technical clients
  • Ability to switch between deep technical discussions and executive-level communication
  • Experience in resource management and financial oversight (P&L, revenue, margin)
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices
