The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of complex technology initiatives within the healthcare industry. This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into clear delivery plans, ensure alignment across teams, and drive projects from initiation through completion.
Job Responsibility:
Own end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and dependencies are clearly defined and managed
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, delivery roadmaps, and execution timelines
Create and maintain process flows, system diagrams, and architecture visuals using Visio and related tools
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and align on delivery expectations
Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, data, infrastructure, and business teams
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and proactively drive resolution
Provide clear status updates, milestones, and delivery metrics to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure delivery aligns with healthcare industry standards, regulatory considerations, and organizational priorities
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
Healthcare industry experience is required (payer, provider, or healthcare technology environments)
Strong experience building and managing project plans and delivery roadmaps
Hands‑on experience creating Visio diagrams, including process flows, system integrations, and technical visuals
Demonstrated ability to work directly with stakeholders at multiple levels, including business and technical teams
Strong communication, organization, and execution skills
