Technical Delivery Manager

• Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timelines, resource planning, and budget tracking
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and business analysts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, requirement gathering, updates, and feedback
• Drive Agile delivery practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and client demos
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, coding practices, documentation, and quality benchmarks
• Collaborate closely with internal leadership and stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with business goals
• Support team performance through coaching, mentorship, and fostering a culture of accountability and ownership
• Track project health through tools like Jira, Trello, or similar project management systems
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including effort estimation, proposal preparation, and solution architecture alignment when needed

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing software development projects involving web and/or mobile technologies
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC processes
• Familiarity with tech stacks such as PHP, Node.js, React.js, and mobile development frameworks
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel with a focus on quality and client satisfaction

Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus
