Join our client as a Technical Delivery Manager and take the lead on integration delivery for a high‑traffic, live platform that powers sports, casino, sweepstakes, and multi‑provider integrations. You will bridge engineering, QA, and client teams to ensure changes are clearly understood, thoroughly tested, documented, and safely deployed across production. You will bring structure, clarity, and technical discipline to the journey from development through staging to production and client, and you’ll feel comfortable coordinating QA, managing releases, and communicating confidently with technical stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate integration delivery across operators, providers, and internal teams, ensuring technical requirements and assumptions are clearly documented
Own the end-to-end release process, including test scope definition, staging readiness, sign-off, and controlled production deployments
Maintain a practical change-control process so operators are informed of updates that may impact integrations
Work closely with QA to define, execute, and evidence acceptance testing across critical scenarios (debits, credits, retries, rollbacks, balance handling)
Maintain clear records of API behaviour, operator expectations, environment configuration, and dependencies
Act as the technical point of contact for operator teams during onboarding, releases, and issue resolution
Bring consistency to delivery processes, documentation, and communication as integrations scale
Requirements:
Experience in technical delivery, integration management, or release management on API-driven, real-time platforms
Strong understanding of backend and API concepts (flows, retries, idempotency, versioning, environment separation, test planning)
Clear communicator with the ability to explain technical behaviour and operational impact to engineers and client technical teams
Proven experience introducing structure to QA and release processes for live, revenue-impacting systems
Ability to manage multiple integrations in parallel
Nice to have:
Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, sweepstakes, or casino aggregation
Familiarity with RGS platforms, wallet flows, or transaction management
Exposure to monitoring, incident analysis, and post-release reviews
