Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development and delivery of Applied AI solutions that drive business value and innovation
  • Design, develop and improve software using various engineering methodologies
  • Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools
  • Ensuring code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies
  • Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations
  • Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data
  • Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BE/BSc) or equivalent industry experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Delivery Management, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML projects
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical initiatives
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
  • Expert proficiency in Jira for project tracking, backlog management, and sprint planning
  • Experience with Confluence for documentation and knowledge management
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management abilities

Nice to have

  • Banking/financial services experience
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, ethics, and governance frameworks
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
