To develop, deliver, and maintain the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) throughout the aircraft life cycle. You will act as the critical interface between the Design Office and the Customer, analyzing engineering data to create precise, compliant maintenance instructions and spare parts configurations that ensure fleet airworthiness.
Job Responsibility:
Perform comprehensive analysis, validation, and incorporation of triggers (ECP, CR, MITB, TN, SB, ASB) into technical documentation
Ensure all authoring strictly complies with civil specifications (ATA100, iSpec2200) and internal standards
Apply Simplified Technical English (ASD-STE100) to eliminate ambiguity in safety-critical tasks
Contribute to the maintenance concept definition, creation, and Verification & Validation (V&V) of technical documentation
Leverage technical knowledge of A/C configuration systems to create customized spare parts lists
Execute precise data management of spare parts (including spare kits) utilizing Windchill (SCDM), A-TOOL, and SAP
Provide expertise on documentation specifications (MET, iTDs) to IPC authors
Conduct impact analysis and validation of parts catalogues to ensure compliance with international airworthiness and legal regulations
Manage the end-to-end flow from source data needs definition to collection and analysis
Identify gaps between Airbus Helicopters Group processes and propose recovery strategies
Proactively analyze and resolve technical or process "blocking points"
Report work progress, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and escalate critical issues
Ensure the quality, consistency, and completeness of all technical documentation deliverables
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of technical experience in aeronautical sector: especially in Aircraft Maintenance, ILS, Production Engineering, Airframes Design or experience with Warehouse, Procurement and other departments to optimize processes
Knowledge of Windchill and SAP
Proficiency in Windchill (CorePDM/SCDM), SAP, SGML Arbortext Epic, PTC Isodraw, and CATIA for 3D verification
3 to 5+ years in Technical Data
Specific experience in H135/H145, H160, or Super Puma programs is highly valued, including SCDM Green Card or ATA system nominations
Analytical rigor to synthesize complex data, a "welcome problems" solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a transnational/multicultural environment
Fluent in English (B2+ Negotiation level) and Spanish is mandatory
French is strongly desirable (especially for Super Puma/H160)
German is a plus
