We are looking for a skilled Technical Customer Support specialist with a detail-oriented approach to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting customers with technical inquiries, managing documentation, and ensuring prompt resolution of issues. Job Responsibility:
Provide timely and effective support to customers by addressing technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service and adherence to established protocols
Assist in training customers on product usage and provide guidance on best practices
Review and process invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with financial procedures
Support billing activities and resolve related discrepancies
Prioritize and manage customer requests while adhering to company policies
Monitor system performance and escalate issues to engineering teams when necessary
Facilitate authorizations and promotions, ensuring smooth customer experiences
Utilize Windows OS and other computer systems to manage technical support activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service and technical support roles
Experience in SaaS highly desirable
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with customers
Proficiency in documentation and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with Windows OS and other computer systems
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions
Knowledge of billing and invoice processing
Capability to train customers and explain product functionalities
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
